Been coming here for more than 10 years now for my Japanese hair straightening and I love it every single time! Lisa is the best, she is professional, thorough and patient while doing this 4-5 hour process on my hair! The results have been consistent for me every time. I come in once a year and the results stay really well for about 8 months until I have a lot of regrowth!definitely recommend.i can’t thank Lisa enough for her magic!

This review is long overdue! After many years of getting haircuts for Free 99 from my mom, I decided to go out to get a real grown-up haircut because my hair looked bad in my work badge photo (sorry mom, love ya!) Been coming to get my haircut by Lisa, who is great at cutting my hair the way I want AND she's super friendly too! It's always a great experience coming here because both Ken and Lisa make the customers feel comfortable. I got my hair dyed today and I absolutely love the care and detail that both Ken and Lisa put into it. If you're ever in the Richmond district, give Lisa and Ken a call at their salon to get your hair done!

I came in as a walk-in for a blowdry and had an amazing experience. $40 for a wash and blowdry and they tonged my hair as well. Very gentle and very very nice. Highly recommend.

Lisa gave me the best haircut I've ever had! She incorporated the style I wanted while also adding her own touch and it turned even better than I expected. Lisa & Ken are friendly, professional, and excellent hairdressers. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this salon!

Lisa has been cutting my hair for more than two decades. She was working for someone else on Irving and later she and her hubby Ken opened up their own hair salon on Clement. They then moved to Geary. They are still on Geary, but at a new location not far from their old location. Both Ken and Lisa are superb at what they do and they are the nicest and friendliest people you can meet. I have never been disappointed with Lisa’s skills and I have always enjoyed my chitchats with Lisa and Ken. Their new place is cozy and feel like home. I’m so glad that I have a trustworthy hair salon nearby.
