Pretty Nails

I just want to share my experience today at Pretty Nails in Live Oak, Florida (the old Publix shopping plaza near Little Caesar’s). I went in just for a simple eyebrow wax. When I walked into the wax room, there was a male worker sitting in the chair plucking his nose hairs with the salon tweezers. As soon as he saw me, he put the tweezers back in the holder with the rest of the tools. I’ve been going there for a long time to get my brows done, and they usually clean up a few hairs with those same tweezers. So I asked if they were going to sterilize them or if they normally sterilize their tools. When I looked, nothing in there looked sterilized at all. They told me they “never use tweezers,” so they don’t need to sterilize them. When I questioned it further, they got loud with me and i

It was my first visit. I had a pedicure and a full set done. The lady who did my pedicure was not very professional in my opinion and even left sticky scrub stuff on my leg. I was told they would clean it off but was just handed a rag for me to do, I didn't mind but I had paid extra for it to be done by them. My big toe had a huge very noticeable area that hadn't been painted, when I pointed it out you would have thought the world has ended. When they asked what I wanted to do about it, I said I wanted it painted like I had paid for. On my full set when I left it looked like they needed to be a filled before I even walked out the door. I choose regular acrylic nail polish for my toes and nails but was charged for gel polish on my nails, I choose the exact same color for both. In my opinion

I had my nails done yesterday and was unhappy with the color and application. Ken completely re did them as well as changed my toe color to match at no charge. A wonderful family business who takes pride in making it right! I also got my daughters nails done while they fixed mine and I walked out feeling absolutely beautiful. Thank you Ken and Anna!

Pretty nails are the best in town … my nails can last close up to three to four weeks at a time. Everyone that’s works here are friendly and respectful. They listen to what you like and don’t like. Always fast to get into a chair. The best part they gentle with your nails beds. Don’t mind my fat fingers but nails are amazing!!! Cute little reindeer on my finger!
