Pretty Nails

I’ve been coming here for about three years now, and they never disappoint. My nails always come out so pretty, and the quality lasts. The staff is consistent, friendly, and they always take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. Definitely my go-to nail spot.

This is the worst experience I ever had in a nail shop. I had my nails done by a woman who says that she was the manager on Judy at that time. She claims that she was the sister of the actual owner. She was very rough with my nails and filed them extremely hard. She even cut me with one of the tools. She didn’t do my nails how I explained that I wanted them done and when I told her what I wanted, she asked why? As if I don’t have the option to choose my own design. Then she tried to charge me $75 and I told her that I was absolutely not paying that. I ended up paying $50 and leaving there extremely mad about my nails. I will never go back there again and anybody who asked I will tell them not to go there.

I really tried to give this salon a fair chance, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed and upset. I came in to get my nails done and was not happy with how they turned out the first time. I politely asked for them to be redone, and while they agreed, the second attempt was even worse. My natural nails were filed down way too much, and the final result still looked rushed and uneven as you can see in the photo. My legs are still sticky and have pieces of sugar scrub on them as well. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting any longer, so I paid and left without a tip. I never like leaving bad reviews, but I walked out feeling like I wasted my time and money—and my nails are now damaged because of it. This was a great first experience and impression! My nail artist Nina was so patient and helpful with creating this beautiful set. 10/10 will recommend and will obviously be coming back!
