I visited this salon while traveling internationally and was really disappointed by the lack of basic amenities—specifically, no Wi-Fi. For a place that charges premium prices, I expected at least the essentials, especially as a traveler needing to coordinate transportation and share updates with family back home. The service itself was fine, and the staff were polite, but when you’re paying top-tier rates, details like Wi-Fi matter. It felt inconvenient and out of touch with what modern customers—especially international visitors—need. If you’re charging luxury prices, please provide luxury-level convenience.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They allowed me to wait an hour for a walk-in before letting me know that they didn’t have any time to get me in until hours later. They all saw me sitting and waiting, but no one cared enough to even ask if i had an appointment or not. I understand that they were booked and couldn’t take a walk-in at the moment, but why allow me wait an hour before saying a word to me? Had i not gotten up to ask when i could get helped, they would’ve allowed me to wait even longer. It’s infuriating to see them greet their regular customers, but not show the same care to a new customer. Worst barbershop experience ever.

I’ve been coming to this shop for 5 years now and I’m not going anywhere. Every barber in the shop is cool and professional. The whole vibe is always chill and welcoming too. This shop has become a home away from home and the barbers are practically family now. Highly recommend anyone looking for a fresh cut to check this spot out.

Man if you want a good cut with fair prices. Slide on through. The environment is super comfortable. Super family friendly. I've been going for a year straight and I don't plan on going anywhere else.
