I love this nail salon. I have been going for over a year now. They never fail to impress me! They are super nice and always make sure I am happy with my nails! My 15 year old daughter loved her experience when I took her for her birthday as well!! They were great with making her feel comfortable especially with her being a special needs child!!

From the time I opened the front door to the end of the service was terrible. I took my 2 special need clients who both have a fixed income to get a manicure. The man started questioning me before I could even get my ladies all the way in the door. I told them what they wanted A CLASSIC MANICURE. He tries to convince me several times to get gel nail. I told him each time no I want classic manicure. I finally get my ladies seated at the table at the VERY END OF THE NAIL ROOM. both of my clients are much older and they both use walkers. Once they are seated the lady that is doing the service then wants one of my ladies to get back up and walk back down to the beginning of the room. My friend and I both got nails done. She was very happy with her valentines ♥ red nails. I did a pink ombre nail with🤍. Andy took his time on it even when we were talking reservation time (we were not in a rush) just general estimating of finishing up. I have yet to have a bad experience here and hope never to since it super near me. Thank you Andy and staff

If I could give zero stars I would. I checked in at 2:28. Picked out my color real quick and got sat immediately for a pedicure. I left at 4:15! The old lady took forever and messed up 3 times and had to redo my toes again. Then another lady came and fixed it. She shouldn’t be doing pedicures at all. Absolutely ridiculous! They gave me 15% discount because I refused to pay full price. Do not go here. I will never be coming back, ever!!!!
