Had a terrible experience getting a perm and cut here ($120 total). An elderly Cantonese lady sat me down after a 20 minute wait (even though I scheduled an appointment and was on time). She then gave me a perm with curls that were too small (repeatedly ignored my concerns that they were too small and brushed off my suggestions), and then left the product in for too long because she was giving someone else a haircut. She was also simultaneously dealing with a contractor doing remodeling - so overall very unfocused. This is the worst perm i've ever gotten and severely damaged my hair to the point of constant hair breakage. 6 months growing out my hair down the drain. never coming back here again.

Kelly is one of the best hair dresser and wax specialist. She made my eyebrow looks best and her hair color is everytime bang on. I recommend precision to everyone who wants salon experience but with personal touch

I’ve been going to this place for a while but unfortunately last experience was bad. Issue: hair color. I had Kelly do my hair color and explained that I’m going to have my wedding the week after overseas. Not only did she NOT get my hair color right, but also refused to re-do it citing being busy and by trying to persuade me she got the color right and it’s a shade problem . After paying over $150+ I ended up having to re-do my color right before the wedding since obviously Kelly refused to find time in her schedule to fix her own mistake.

Kelly is great! We have been going there for over 10 years, when my son was a toddler. She was incredibly patient and did a wonderful job cutting his hair and mine.
