Tamisha does great work. She listens to your needs, encourages feedback and responds to the body when she thinks you could use additional support. In my case, this was some cupping/rolling which was no additional charge (most places charge unnecessary fees for this). The stretching she incorporates is just to help get to the muscles in more effective ways, which was great for me. The studio is inviting, clean, and Tamisha is very professional- I highly recommend Pouvoir Balance and will definitely be back!

Moved to the area recently and am so glad to have already found my go-to for massages! Tamisha was incredible. When you first meet her, you immediately feel the difference that a private, small business brings. She made me feel welcome and heard from the very first moments. Her practice is inclusive, so whether you get hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping etc during your massage, your price doesn’t change. Another benefit of avoiding the massage chains! Not only was the overall ambiance, feel, and experience great, the massage was stellar. She found muscles I didn’t realize I had, and didn’t realize were sore and in need of massage! The stretching she incorporates makes for a much more thorough massage. All that to say, I’ll be back!
