I’m definitely coming back to this store more often, I just moved from a different city and had a not so great experience at a different location. Everyone is so nice here and Will specifically took extra time with me to figure out what I wanted.

This location is the best!! Everyone is always so amazing and so helpful! The women and men working here always have a smile on their faces and are always happy to help! I have noticed some Karens leaving poor reviews, but I’m assuming they had a bad day and had no one else to take it out on except for a B&BW employee. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks for shopping for me for my pickup orders!!

The girl working the register this morning was very friendly and you could tell she was good at her job! She made sure to ask everyone checking out if they had a rewards account and her friendliness definitely lights up the room. Snagged some great deals today and it was a wonderful shopping trip 🛍 🛍 🛍

I usually enjoy shopping at this particular location, but this time was significantly different. There were employees talking with one another while working, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I brought my "6 for $10" hand sanitizers to the counter there was an employee there who apparently couldn't help me because she yelled to another employee that someone needed to be checked out. When this employee came to the register (with very dirty greasy hair) he charged me an incorrect amount. When I pointed it out, it took him quite a while to figure out how to reduce the amount to the correct price. I usually enjoy shopping at this location, but on this particular day the store was lacking in efficient employees.

Very disappointed in my pick-up order. First, I drove 4X as far because this location had what I wanted. My reward? One of the soap refills had soap residue (semi-hardened) all over it. Second, one of the soap containers (for which I bought one of the soap refills) is SO SCRATCHED UP ... and I don't use the soap holders. Nice. This is why I usually pick my own items. Apparently staff can't be troubled to put decent-looking items in the bag(s)? I'd rather do without the ribbons and have clean, unmarred items. Based on this (my first) experience with this location, I would NEVER place another pick-up order from it. Very disappointing. There's no point in placing all your effort/focus on the exterior (i.e., bags and ribbons) if you are going to forget that at some point the customer is going
