Posh Spa and Lounge

The atmosphere is nice, but the sales tactics are sneaky. I went in with a friend. We both asked for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. We sit down to get pedicures. My tech asked me if I wanted a manicure, which I understood to be confirming what I already asked for. He put gloves and heat pads on my hand. My friend did not get that. We thought her tech just forgot, again because we asked for the same thing. When we check out my bill is $120 and hers is $100; this is before tipping. I asked why the price difference and they said because I got a “manicure and she just got polish”. 🙄 I didn’t fight it, but as a heads up make sure to be very clear about what you are getting and what you are paying for. Got acrylic here. The application was thick, I got toenail size thumb. Been years since I gotten my nails done. Will be more years until I get them done again. Also when did they stop cuticle care with the application. I assumed it was a given. The environment was welcoming.

Helen was my nail tech, and she did amazing! I haven’t been to get my nails done in years and she did so good and was so gentle with my nails. Thank you so much!

Nice atmosphere. Prices are high! You receive great services thoug. In addition, wine is offered after 5pm. However, to pay 105.00 for a mani & pedicure & your toes are half painted sucks! 3rd time and the same thing happens. Loving it until you get home and see how poorly the tech painted my toes.
