This was my first time ever experiencing a head spa, and booking with Gina was truly the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing I would do this every single day if I could! The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and smelled so good the moment I walked in. The environment was so relaxing and peaceful. Everything flowed smoothly from booking, to arrival, to the service, to checkout. It was such an easy and seamless experience. Posh Head Spa has a very beautiful atmosphere to help you unwind. The robes were cozy and they cared for your comfort the whole way through. I was not sure what to expect as this was my first head spa service. While very relaxing I'm not sure it was worth the hefty price point. The head cradle on the wash basin was also not very comfortable to lay on for 120 mins. But otherwise the amenities and service provided was great.

Ginger did my hair spa and it was such an awesome and relaxing experience! I already told my boyfriend it’s what I want for my next birthday! I would book with Ginger again if possible but everyone was so nice and thoughtful I would trust any of them with this experience. One of the best spa experiences in Asheville! A must try!

I had the most wonderful head spa experience with Madison on Valentine’s Day! She made me feel completely relaxed, and her touch was both gentle and intentional. You can tell she truly loves what she does. It was the perfect treat, and I left feeling extremely pampered and I highly recommend Madison! 💕
