Polished Nails

I recently went as a new customer to this wonderful salon. I would love to give 5 stars I'm just not positive what went wrong. I got a mineral gel put on my nails and I absolutely loved it! Until a few days later when I had 1 nail Crack in half, 1 nail chip and a few nails begin to peel, as far as clear coat, merely days later. I called and spoke to someone who was more than happy to assist and schedule me for the next day to fix. The issues were addressed with a pleasant manner and bot only did the salon refuse payment for the fix but the tech as well refused my tip. What beautiful service <3 Unfortunately even the new and improved nails also chipped only a day later. So I cannot give 5 stars because although I am pretty sure I am just too rough on my nails, the "indestructible" gel didn'

Vivian was so sweet and kind. Walked in and felt very welcome. Looking forward to becoming a regular. It was so nice to have my nails done, I have not treated myself in years and it was so wonderful.💕

Today was my first time coming to Polished Nails. I live in Mt. Sinai - and I have gone to multiple nail salons for years around the area- including happy color nails (the old LuLu’s) who is located right next door to Polished Nails. I can without a doubt say, Polished Nails in Mount Sinai is the very best, they did a fantastic job and they have every UV gel color selection you could think of! I’d like to especially thank the nail technician who gave me literally EXACTLY what I was looking for, Chen!!!! He is so very talented and skilled!!!! Thank you to ALL staff at Polished Nails in Mt. Sinai for a truly wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

The only nail place around that I will step foot into. The staff are all kind and courteous and they take their time to perfect the craft. When you’re spending this kind of money on something, you want it to be perfect - this is the spot for that. Tony is PHENOMENAL.

i went to get my nails done for prom, absolutely amazing experience! everyone is super nice there and i showed them a picture of what i wanted and they did it exactly! absolutely love! i go there all the time to get my toes done and nails done with my mom and have been for years! i’d say it’s a little pricy but worth it
