Worst facial I have ever gotten. The lady had no gloves on and kept putting her hands in my eyes. Used a tissue to clean the cleanser off. No hot towels no massage. Even worse she kept leaving the room. She left about 6 times and she left me with a mask on that dripped into my eyes and burned me so I took it off and told her to stop the facial I am done. The owner gave me 20 percent off and told me sorry the woman is only a part timer she’s inexperienced. So I ended up paying $50 to get tortured by someone who isn’t even experienced. Don’t come here.

Absolutely incredible experience! The moment I walked into New York Spa Club at Mount Sinai, I felt completely relaxed. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The facility was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a calming atmosphere. My massage was perfect, the therapist knew exactly how to relieve tension and left me feeling renewed and recharged. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great massage place. Was in the area and feeling run down and tired after my first round of golf in over a year. Searched Google and came upon this place. The masseuse Lisa was professional pleasant and the facility was spotless clean and comfortable. Had one of the best massages ever. Had great technique and worked on my lower back. Also did a great face and brow massage to release tight and tired joints. Highly recommended. Will be back with wifey for a couples massage.

The best! Don't waste your time anywhere else! This spa is truly one of the cleanest ive been to! Lisa and Sandy have always left me leaving so relaxed, and better mentally than when I arrived. They always take their time and I never feel rushed. They truly care about their clients!

Wow what an experience. The service here is by far the best on the island. Ms Lisa took not only her expertise time on me and took all my pain away but she made me and my wife's experience top notch. I wish we took pictures of the room they had set up. Very tranquil and clean. They have these bed covers that scream cleanliness. And the lavender scent that you smell once you finally lay down is serene. The body scrub was super exfoliating and the hot stones to follow where like the icing on top.
