I am so thrilled and thankful for Debbie, the manager and Sky at your Laguna Niguel store! I came in looking for concealer to cover scars on my face. I’d been unable to find the correct shade and was very frustrated. Sky helped me for over an hour. She was kind, compassionate and so patient with me. Not to forget knowledgeable! She is a rising star in your company and certainly deserves recognition. We finally found a good match and she humbly accepted my praise and appreciation. I told Debbie how happy I was and she was proud of and spoke highly of Sky. The store is spotless and much cleaner than the nearby Planet Beauty stores. Friendly and good service- however wouldn’t give a discount that I have normally gotten. Unfortunately after leaving I checked Amazon that has literally the same products for 25% less than I was charged. I have no problem not getting a discount but the pricing should be competitive. I will never purchase here again.

This store has become my favorite of all beauty stores. The staff (especially Sydney) are absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly without ever being pushy. Love shopping here and visit as often as I can!
