Pine Bluff Village Apartments

My father just moved out there and when he told me that he was moving to a senior place the only thing that's nice is that all of his bills are included in his rent. Other than that it looks like the Bates motel it looks like the scene for a horror movie the outside looks all kinds of crazy. You have overgrown trees all of the landscaping looks dull non-existing for a place that they are charging people to live of a elderly community you would hope that they would want to brighten the place up with some fresh bright lighting new flooring cut away all those trees and bushes and dead-looking shrubbery. That other building that sits adjacent to the apartment building needs to be utilized or it needs to be torn down because it's just sitting there not being used and it looks awful you got thes

Nasty, bed bug infested and noone is doing anything to help the folks that live there. This place could be something really special for folks but the owners do not care..it needs fresh paint and flooring and power washing. Take some pride in a place your making money on. My aunt lived there over 20 yrs and never had fresh flooring and had mold growing in her bathroom and kitchen, she had health issues but this did not help. She passed 3 weeks ago.

I do not live there, we visited a friend of a friend. The inside is very clean. The outside is situated in a little tiny Eastern shore Forest. The staff is always very accommodating.

I know quite a few people that lives there and they talks highly of this place quiet peaceful a lot of friendly people I'm by myself I'm looking for a one bedroom 61 and going on 62 years of age I'm looking for somewhere to you settle down for a while for a long while thank you

My mother lives here and I think it's a good place for elderly people definitely safe there
