Phenomenal kutz

This barber shop is ok, if you are going to get your hair cut, do not get it cut by the Spanish dude with a pony tail. He messes up my hair every single time he cuts it, I try to fix it, and I do, but then he just messes it up again. This barber shop is not worth going to.

So I’ll say this. I have not come here personally. But after hearing this, I wouldn’t. My friend brought her 4 year old son in about two or three weeks ago, and she sat down. No one approached her although they saw her and after a half hour of letting her sit there, they told they had no openings and they were done for the day. Why let her sit there? When you see a customer, rather a potential customer come in, at least one person working should address them, even if it is to say there are no openings or you have to book an appt. Something. Say something. She found someone to cut his hair and will never go back here again for the disregard she received and the waste of time. Just like time is money for you guys, it is for many of your customers, too.

I took my 16 month son there for his first official haircut. Frank took care of us and was extremely patient and nurturing with calmly cutting my sons hair. Loved his approach in trying to not scare my little one. He was also very professional even changed the music playing to more PG music. We shared Hair anecdotes growing up in the Hispanic community. I felt comfortable and at ease it was reminiscent to me of the spots in NY my brothers would go to growing up. Even my husband wants to start getting his hair cut by Frank. All in all a cool spot will definitely Be returning.

Christian is the best. He has been my guy for the last 2 years. I work in NYC where i meet high profile ppl and he always delivers and i get many compliments on my hair cut.

My son and I came in the shop so my son get a hair cut as I sat there for 10-15 minutes. Another cousmter came in with their son asking how long to get their son hair cut and the barber told you have to have an appointment. Now that wasn't told to me and it wasn't alot people in the shop. The barber should of asked if I had an appointment rather have me sit there.
