Phenix Salon Suites - La Jolla

I lease a suite here at Phenix Salon Suites located in the heart of La Jolla for the past 3 years. This is a wonderful place to start your own business . It has allowed me to build my clientele with affordable rent. I really like that I didn’t have to sign a year lease. The building is always clean, the bathrooms always smells good for my high end clients. I can make my own hours and work when ever I want. The building is quiet, the laundry units are always available for me to use. My favorite part is the waterfall inside the building, it’s so tranquil and calming. Thank you Phenix for creating a space for me to have my own business and do my thing .

I love having my salon here at Phenix Suites in the heart of La Jolla. I have been here going on 9 years. I have been so happy here and my clients love it too. it’s private and quiet, I love and appreciate how clean our building is from the lobby to the halls all the way to the bathroom. We have very professional beauty businesses here and we all support eachother with referrals and look out for one another.everyone is friendly and courteous and phenix management is great at taking care of any issues or situations. we have a wonderful on site manager name Lisa she is on top of everything very professional and great at communicating. If you have a clientele Phenix la jolla is the place for you. I have so much love for our phenix La Jolla location and truly grateful to have my business here

I recently moved to this salon. In the fall it will be a year since I rented a place here. Clean salon, cleaning every day, excellent management, everything is comfortable. Bonuses. The location is great. Access to the workplace 24 hours. My clients like everything just the same. Everything suits me)

My fiance is a stylist and has her own business here and it’s a great location with plenty of street parking. The building is always clean and quiet. I recommend check out the businesses located inside.

You cannot be the location of this business in the La Jolla cove/village. Many talented professionals work here. You will find someone to take care of your beauty or self-care needs!
