Phaded Barber Shop

It’s always a fun creative experience at Phaded Barbershop. I simply cannot find the words to express how much patience they have with my 3 wild boys. I’m bummed I don’t have a pic of Ashton and my other kid, but I’ll make sure to take one next time. Best haircuts just in time for school.

I visited this establishment several times shortly after it opened, and the owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, during my visit today, I waited for 45 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. In that time, several other customers arrived without appointments and appeared to receive attention. Ultimately, I chose to leave. I would not recommend wasting your time at this shop, as the customer service has declined considerably.

Let me tell you a little bit about faded barber I’ve been going there since they opened up best place in all of Jacksonville I have never had a bad cut from them at all everyone there at the shop can cut very well solid team there very professional Great communication I will not go anywhere else. I would recommend Everybody to go there.

I went there two times, first time the barber did great but because I only get cuts every few months I had forgotten his name so I scheduled the second time with a random barber. The second time unfortunately the cut was amateurish at best, looked like I cut it myself, I was supposed to have a fade and got some gradual cut with no fades, keep in mind it cost me $45 for the cut. Also this place is called Phaded so I would assume that fades are their number one strength. But anyways only go if you know the barber who’s cutting you otherwise I wouldn’t recommend trying it, or else you’d be rolling the dice. Second barber was Kevin I believe.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Kevin does an incredible job with my cut. It's a bit out of my way, but well worth the trek. Highly recommend Phaded and of course, Kevin T.
