Pearl Nail Spa

The ladies here always do a great job. I came in today for a Halloween mani with an inspo photo for reference and Bina brought my idea to life. I’m very happy with how my nails came out. I’m looking forward to coming back for another service!

1 tech is very good but she wasn’t there and over all the customer service is poor. I made an appt and waited over 40 minutes which would have been acceptable but it was to remove gel. The time waiting should have been spent soaking nails. Although busy, 2 were in the back speaking amongst themselves. I left and was treated better after a 10 minute drive to another one. Also, have to agree with the cleanliness. They dont wipe down and sanitize areas between customer. I was going to post a video but dont want to waste more time with this business.

Had an appointment at 5pm, wasnt taken until 5:30. HOWEVER; the nail artist was a master. she took my raggedy old biten nails and made them gorgeous. She was so patient and even re-did one of the nails to get it perfect. The price was very affordable for a nail salon. I will be returning. Pic 1 is Result, Pic 2 is the picture I showed her. Huge success in my book, considering I started with VERY short nails.

I had a great experience here! I’m anemic and got extremely lightheaded to the point i thought I was going to pass out and I quickly explained that to my nail tech and she ran and got me a water and was so kind. She also did an excellent job on my nails, I will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Pearl nail spa for 20 plus years. I can't say enough about Ada who manages the spa and all the other women who work there. They are friendly, accommodating, and make you feel good.
