Customer Reviews
I’ve always had a great experience here. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The designs I like are often time consuming and intricate and Kalen is always willing to work her magic. She always outdoes herself and often takes my ideas and make them better!! I can’t remember the last time I got something without nail art and it’s worth every penny from Kalen.
My first manicure here was fantastic, so I was surprised by my experience during my second visit. This time, the service felt rushed and lacked the same attention to detail. I was accidentally cut on my pinky badly enough that it kept bleeding and had to be glued closed, and several of my cuticles were injured during filing. Even a day later, the sidewalls of my nails are still tender. I also noticed after leaving that the top coat on my thumb wasn’t fully dry, which required me to return to the salon to have it fixed. Overall, this visit was disappointing, especially in comparison to my first experience.
I love coming here! I always ask for Kalen, she is the best. She does perfect shaping and amazing designs every time. I have also received pedicures here and they always do a phenomenal job 💅🏼
I haven’t even had my nails done a week any they are already lifting and chipping. I went in on Tuesday and asked for light pink. I ended up getting a clear nude color. They kept pushing to give me cat eye which I didn’t want and then tried to charge me for it even though I asked for it be taken off. So this whole experience was just not great and now that it’s chipping is frustrating.
Went to Nailology for the first time a little over a week ago for a dip manicure. It seemed like the first round of nails was good, but I had two chip in the first week (pictured) so I came in twice to get them fixed. Then I go back and they made my nail extremely thick (pictured). They gave it for free, but kept asking me “what did you do?” They also kept whispering and looking at me throughout my whole appointment. I have been getting dip for over 8 years and never had this many nails chip or have them so thick. Absolutely disappointed in my experience. Lastly, got another chip today and it has been 10 days, all different finger nails. I am so upset and it was the biggest waste of over $55. Do not go.
