On our last trip to Kona, my husband and I got bodywork from Pualilia. We both agreed that it was THE BEST massage that we’ve ever had! She is nurturing, intuitive and experienced. The studio is clean & very peaceful. I was able to relax & meditate while my husband was in session. What a fabulous 5 star experience! Hands down the best massage you can get here in Hawai'i. I've been coming to Pau Hana Massage for several years, and I can honestly tell you that Pua is one of the most gifted and incredible therapists I've ever worked with. She is able to tailor her massages to whatever it is I need that day - deep tissue, fascial, cupping, energetic, you name it she can do it. Pua is an absolute gift and Hawaiian treasure. I highly recommend booking with her as she is absolutely worth every single penny. 5 stars all the way!

Pau Hana Massage is my new "happy place"! You start to feel better the moment you walk in the door. The environment is tranquil and relaxing. The staff is warm, friendly and ultra accommodating. The facility is clean and it looks and smells of Hawaii. The bodywork is some of the best I've had on the island which says a lot because I'm a local Chiropractor and have had a lot of bodywork. I cannot recommend Pau Hana Massage enough! From the amazing treatment, to the hot tea and gift shopping after, the whole experience will leave you only wanting more!
