Malama Pono Massage

I just left the best massage I’ve ever had with Lee at Malama Pono Wellness. I live with moderate to severe chronic pain and have had hundreds of massages in my life. Im extremely picky! The shop is clean, bright and beautifully decorated with a calming, earthy vibe. And Not only is it adorable and conveniently located right in town off of alii drive but there is free parking just behind them! Once I got there Lee asked a few simple questions, put on a KILLER playlist of music, and got to work! I was expecting a good massage with her experience but I was NOT expecting for it to be as good as it was. I had actual tears welling up. I have never had full pain relief in 15 years. Ive had 4 major spinal surgeries, 3 of them have been spinal fusions. I suffer from hypermobility, rotoscoliosis,

My wife and I booked a couples massage and we were both so impressed by the quality of the massage we both had. Marcella was a wonderful therapist, who is a master of being firm yet gentle and strong yet soft. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her. Mihai was the therapist for my wife, and she was blown away by his massage. He utilized expert precision and pressure, and is very efficient at communicating with his clients to ensure comfort is achieved. 10/10 recommend Malama Pono Massage. The ambiance is great and the massage takes it over the top. Will be back again!

My husband and I booked a couples massage here and the experience was great, start to finish. First, great communication regarding getting an appointment that worked in our schedule. They were very proactive and flexible. Second, the massages themselves! Both therapists were fantastic, using different techniques based on our needs, and the atmosphere was calming and peaceful. An amazing end to our Hawaii vacation!

Absolutely a 5-star experience. I was truly impressed by the service and skill at this local massage center. My masseuse, Mihai, has an incredible technique. After a long flight to Kona, my muscles and back were sore, but I felt much more relaxed after his deep tissue massage. Mihai clearly knows what he’s doing—the entire process was highly professional and ideal for recovery. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.
