Brandon gave me one of the best massages of my life today. My sister treated me to a couple’s massage in the upstairs retreat space. It was a beautiful environment with lit crystals and low flickering light suspended in glass balls. The massage was incredible and Brandon was able to accurately determine the right pressure for me. The 90 minute massage ended too soon with a sonorous Tibetan singing bowl. The whole experience was magical. My sister also loved her massage by Michelle as well. Pro tip: Determine your preferred massage oil scent prior to the massage starting.

Great experience! Me and my mom both got 90 minutes facial & 90 minutes massage, it was the most relaxed we felt in a very long time. Very nice people, and well knowledgeable about their work. Jen did my massage and she knew about my body without me having to tell her. Saima was great! Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, Jan, the owner, made me feel welcomed and cared for. I started with a 30-minute foot soak before my Lomi Lomi massage and was offered prosecco or hot tea with small snack bites—such a thoughtful and relaxing touch. Jan clearly takes pride in his business and genuinely cares about his clients, personalizing each experience and creating a meaningful connection, even in a short time. Absolutely fantastic experience! I booked a Lomi Lomi massage with the coconut back scrub add-on, and it exceeded my expectations. Mandy Domaloan was incredible—her deep tissue work had perfectly consistent pressure and was relaxing while still being very effective. One of the best massages I’ve had!

Came to Hawaii Sanctuary as a birthday gift for my sister. Spoke with the owner Saima, to book our massages and I knew we would be in good hands, both literally and figuratively. Such a peaceful and serene vibe. From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you’re transported through time and space to a sanctuary of relaxation. And the massages were excellent! We booked the couples room and you get the entire upstairs floor to yourself. It was one of my all time favorite massage EXPERIENCES, not just laying on the table, an experience. Me and my girl did the couple package 1/20/26 and we were visiting from Oahu. My masseuse I had was from Brandon and omg I want to go back and I would go back every week if I could! Haha, he was not only pleasing to the eyes but his massage was the best I ever experienced. He did the hot Jade stones and it was amazing! I wish he could just move to Oahu. 😘 But overall, pricing was worth it and both him and his coworker was so polite and welcoming. Thanks again Brandon! I hope to book soon. - Fresh
