Passion Nails

These nails are bumpy, lack shine and have a weird shape to them( not even file straight). I have acrylic still around the nail on my skin and when she was trying to remove it I finally just said I will deal with it because she took skin off. The one woman is so rude and would assume she owns the place, if not she should be fired. A few of the nails are still tacky and lack shine and I paid $40 still and tipped because I'm not rude. I know I won't be able to keep these on and I would love my money back because then I would go to someone who will do a good job, but I won't step in that store ever again. I was in/out in 30 mins I've never felt so stressed during a service. Rough, rushed and awful outcome.

I just had one of the worst manicure experiences I’ve ever had here. I came in for a French manicure, and from the start it was clear the tech didn’t know how to do it properly. Instead of using a thin brush for the French tips, she used a thick one, creating a chunky, uneven line. When I corrected her, she tried to fix it, but the result was still extremely sloppy and uneven. The shaping of my nails was also completely off and sloppy. After realizing the French was not going to look right, I asked her to remove it and do a basic nude instead. She didn’t clean the nails properly, and now you can still see the black polish she originally applied showing through underneath. It looks terrible. I spent two hours in the salon only to walk out with nails I need to get fixed somewhere else tomo

I got a pedi with gel french tips and it was so nice, and I also got a full acrylic set of a design I wanted and I think Susan did a very nice job. They sadly popped off only after a week.

I put a review up again yesterday to tell how horrible of a powder dip manicure i got last week from Anna. Two weeks prior I had an amazing service from Susan. I even sent my co-worker there because I loved my nails. I went back for another powder dip and it was so bad, I paid $50, left and went back to my office and filed the chiclets down and tried to reshape them but I still need to get them done somewhere else. At this point, I am just going to do them myself until my girl comes back. Honestly, I don't know how someone that does that awful of a job is still doing them or the owner of the salon for that matter!! Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money!

Susan did amazing! I used to own my own salon and I’m very fussy and quite the perfectionist. She exceeded my expectations and deserves this review.
