UPDATE: I emailed them and no response from them. They stole $250 out of my pocket. Do not go to this place! Save your time for somewhere else! We communicated through Instagram because I’m Deaf, but she didn’t follow what I asked for. I even sent her reference photos showing exactly what I wanted—including blonde highlights. I clearly mentioned that I wanted the blonde to show, but now the back has no highlights at all—it looks plain and boring. I also specifically told her I wanted the root hair color to go all the way down and match my natural hair color. Instead, she chose a color based on my previous dyed hair, not my natural shade. On top of that, she was chatting with her coworker during the appointment and ended up missing some areas that needed trimming. I’m really unhappy with

Always a pleasant experience getting my nails done with Meghan . Today’s color was customized and so perfect for a chilly cloudy day. For reference,It’s milky white with an iridescent metallic power on top. It’s Meghan’s custom shade.

I've been coming to Virtual Essence for the last 16 years and Stephanie has been my stylist since day 1. She knows my hair and always takes the time to listen to my needs and make recommendations. Stephanie is the best stylist I've ever had and from highlights to cut, my hair always looks amazing! I'd recommend this salon to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Never been so happy with a haircut ! Amanda was amazing. The salon even helped with donating the 10 inches I cut off to an origination who makes wigs for children. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back!
