Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa - Gilbertsville

I’ve been with Janelle since senior year of high school (8 years now) and she never fails to make me happy with my hair cut! She did my senior prom updo and now is helping me embrace my bob era. I am so lucky to have come across Janelle at L and L!

One of the things I fear the most when trying to ensure I don’t have a unibrow is accidentally shaving off part of my eyebrow. I’ve sadly done this a few times misjudging spacing. I started coming in every couple weeks to make sure I don’t have unibrow, and to bring in the rest of the eyebrow hair and actually give them shape. Carissa is amazing and has me looking great each time I leave. I never have to worry about taking off my eyebrow again when trimming! She also has some amazing recommendations for products. She was able to recommend a cream for my face when I go to the barber as regardless of what precautions I take, I always get razor burn or bumps. The cream she suggested gets rid of it the same days instead of waiting a couple days for my face to stop being swollen and red. Cariss

The spa is very professional, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Carissa is amazing! I’ve been going to her for several years, and she consistently does an incredible job with my eyebrows. Her eyebrow tints and waxes always turn out perfect, and she creates such a relaxing, spa-like experience every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a calming atmosphere!

This review is a little late as I do not like to write a review based on a first or second visit. I had my 3rd haircut yesterday at the Gilbertsville location with Abby and once again a fantastic haircut. The whole experience is so relaxing, from the moment you sit in the chair you have her full attention. She really listens to how you want your haircut and the end result is just perfect. Abby is friendly and we chat away the whole time I am in the chair. I have moved often and finding a great salon and stylist is not easy, but I definitely found both in Lords and Ladies Gilbertsville and with stylist Abby.
