Let me start by saying I’ve never left a Google review before. This review is specifically for anyone who has severe dental anxiety like I do. This office has taken exceptional care of me and has been incredibly considerate of my fears. The scheduler/receptionist is calm and kind, which immediately puts you at ease. Every hygienist I’ve seen has been wonderful and takes the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I’ve been seen by both Dr. Gordon Ediger and Dr. Grayson Ediger, and I truly don’t have enough good things to say about them.

I was searching for a dental office that takes my Aetna DMO and did NOT want a corporate dentist. Been there, done that, never again. I was thrilled to find Parkway Plaza Dental and even more thrilled with the “Dr Edigers”, father and son dentists in a family-owned business. The office itself is gorgeous and spotless and they have all the latest technology. The staff is incredible. From warmly welcoming my toddler granddaughter who needed to come with me for my first visit, to Christi who truly went above and beyond today, I feel like I am truly valued as a patient. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is tired of the strip mall locations with 8 dentists.

Unless you are royalty, I don’t believe you ever want to hear you are getting two crowns. However, Parkway Plaza Dental turned the anticipated horrible activity into a shockingly good experience. My appointment was quickly scheduled with the added bonus that they successfully took care of every detail with my insurance. The procedure was not only painless, but they explained all actions prior to and during the process (a real relaxer for a control nut). I’m set for (dental) success in the new year and absolutely recommend Parkway Plaza Dental !

I recently moved my dental needs to this practice and I am thrilled at the quality of service in all aspects of the practice. My routine exam and consult was handled thoroughly with understandable suggestions and options. The crown I decided to get was far and away the best experience I've had with a crown. I did not use the one day option they offered, but the temporary crown was so good I hardly noticed it for the time it was there. The permanent crown was fitted expertly and efficiently with very little adjustment needed. Finally, the scheduling and billing staff are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about all types of insurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve had dental procedures and teeth cleaning done here. The location is in a nice shopping area. The office lobby is cozy and upscale. The procedure areas clean, well appointed and well lit. The staff was friendly and very professional. Both my wife and I now use this office.
