Amazing! Jackie at the front desk was so sweet. The woman who did my nails- amazing. I got the builder gel and black nails- the detail is crazy. These nails last me a whole month and even then- still amazing. She really went all the way to the cuticle. Bestie got a pedicure and they sat us next to each other- We will be back!

I have been coming here for a few years, now and finally decided to review. Love getting medium sized stilletto and coffin shaped designs but with basic colors. I try to keep it simple. With that said, whenever I come in, they never disappoint. I mean how can you mess up a basic red color right? You'd be surprised at how many places fail at this simple request. My nails are never lumpy, never crooked (and I do have a crooked nail bed), never sloppy. My nails always seem to last much longer when I get them done here versus anywhere else. I don't have a specific staff member I go to, its always different everytime. Which is impressive because it just goes to show how talented the entire establishment is. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I LITERALLY HAD TO WALK OUT. THE MAN WITH GLASSES WAS SHAPING MY NAILS WITH THE DRILL FULL BLAST AND ALMOST WENT THROUGH MY NATURAL NAIL. I HAD TO TELL HIM TO STOP BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING SO THIN IT ACTUALLY HURT. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HE WAS RUSHING THROUGH THE SERVICE LIKE I WASN’T EVEN A PERSON. HE CUT THE GEL X NAILS DOWN AND LEFT THEM HALF DONE — UNEVEN, OVER-FILED, ROUGH, AND NOT FINISHED. THIS IS WHAT I WALKED OUT WITH. MY NATURAL NAILS ARE NOW PAPER THIN. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME THERE. I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AFTER A BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE AND I REGRET IT. NOTHING ABOUT THIS FELT PROFESSIONAL OR SAFE.

Wow! We love Paris Nails & Spa. I have been coming here to get manicures and pedicures for awhile now and absolutely love the services. They are attentive, friendly and do a wonderful job. Today, I decided to try a full set and get the new Gel X Nails - and I LOVE them!!! Jackie did an amazing job. They turned out so beautiful. I did the Cat Eye look with 3 different colors and they look awesome!! So so happy with my nails and service. I highly recommend this salon. And for those folks who choose to give a poor review; try focusing your attention on positivity instead. If you aren’t happy, bring it to their attention instead. I know they would be happy to make it right. I will be a forever customer here. 💅🏼💖💖💖

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a full set with a simple design. I walked out with long, skinny, blotchy nails, still was expected to pay $80! I got Vivian, a nail tech, who did not listen when I asked gel (as in gel top) she pulled out clear tips and a light. I was confused but waited to see. As I kept watching I noticed she was going GelX. I then asked her why she did that and not acrylic. The response I got was it is healthier for your nails. I then proceeded to ask how much This was going to be because I knew acrylics started @$50. She told me it would be $60 for GelX. So I wasn’t to mad at this point. At the end I noticed she wrote $80 and without telling me charged me $20 for a simple design. I was so mad. After further inspection of my nails, some are tilted, not fill
