Paris Nail Bar

I haven't had a manicure in 10 years, since my mom had a stroke and can't go with me anymore. Walking into Paris Nail Bar was a bit overwhelming because my mom isn't with me, but David made me feel comfortable. I truly felt pampered. I've never had wine with my manicure before so I was a bit apprehensive asking. Kind people, gel polish and a cute heart design on my ring finger, and a glass of Chardonnay: what a great way to be spoiled!

I have been seeing Henry for close to 3 years and he is wonderful! Always does a fantastic job with gel pedicure & dip powder manicure. He even lets me know when I need to “rest” my nails so they won’t damage! He is very good! The front desk employees are also very friendly and helpful! Love Paris Nails in Apex!!

I’ve been going to Paris Nail Bar Apex since around 2017/2018, and I can honestly say the quality has gone downhill. I walked in for a SIMPLE one-color French dip on my natural nails. This is one of the most basic, common services offered at any nail salon. Somehow, I walked out with the worst nail job I’ve ever had — nails were thick, lumpy, uneven, dull, and not smooth or glossy whatsoever. It didn’t even look finished. Let me be very clear: if I walk into a NAIL salon and ask for a basic, one-color natural nail dip powder service, the nail tech should be able to execute that with no issues. This is in reply to Carolina Martinez’s 1 star review. You stopped by to get dipping powder done and had subpar results. We got you back in the next day to get them redone by the same tech and unfortunately it was still not good so we actually gave you a refund even though we usually do not refund for rendered services. But you left that out of your review. We reached out to you to get you back in and make things right. We booked your appointment for a couple days later with our best tech. You changed the appointment time at the last minute to later in the day and then didn’t call or show up. Things happen and we understand.
