My 12 year old daughter had a basic haircut that lasted 15 minutes and we were charged $55. That’s what I, as an adult woman with similar length/thickness of hair, pay for a haircut at an upscale Nisswa salon and I get a 45-60 minute service with a scalp massage, haircut, and style.

I wanted my mom to look beautiful with her hair fixed for Christmas. It’s expensive so she hasn’t been able to do it for over a year. I sent her and today they not only couldn’t color but, it turned brown and was brushed so hard that her already thin hair has now bald spots. She was charged $55 to trim it (which was no better than how I trim it), was told to go back to “fix” the color by another person. Well she’s not going back because she doesn’t want to be completely bald. This was so disappointing, do not go there, expensive and they don’t know how to highlight or color hair. I’m sad because it’s time for family photos, she’s not looking as nice as when she went in .

I had such a relaxing and amazing time here. All of the staff were great. Love my haircut and nails. Definitely a must visit for all your girly needs. Go and pamper yourself ladies...and men!

I booked an appointment for my girlfriend to get her hair colored from light brunette to honey blonde. We chose this salon due to an available opening, but now I understand why they had one. Instead of the full color she requested, they only did highlights—and not even in the right shade, just lightening her hair six levels. The result was completely wrong, and she left in tears. While waiting, I noticed the owner struggling to assemble a salon chair and offered to help. I spent 30 minutes putting it together without the proper tools, as they didn’t have any, and received no discount or appreciation for my effort. The service cost $270 plus an $81 tip for something she didn’t ask for. We’ll be taking our business to a more professional salon in two weeks. Avoid this place.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon. I showed the stylist a picture of the specific blonde I wanted, and she claimed it would take multiple sessions to achieve, insisting it couldn’t be done in one day. This is complete nonsense! I’ve had my hair dyed this exact color before at another salon, and they did it perfectly in a single session. Either this stylist was clueless or they’re deliberately misleading customers to milk more money with extra appointments. To make matters worse, they botched my hair completely—it's a total disaster! Despite not even achieving the color I asked for, they had the audacity to charge me for a full color service, and at DOUBLE the price of far more reputable salons. This place is an unprofessional, inexperienced mess and wildly overpriced. Save
