I recently had my hair done by Jessica, and I couldn’t be happier with the final results! She layered, highlighted, washed, and styled my hair beautifully — everything turned out exactly how I hoped. My highlights blend so naturally, and the layers give my hair so much movement and life. She truly has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work. I’ll be honest — my first appointment didn’t go as planned and had to be rescheduled. While that was a little frustrating at the time, Jessica handled it professionally and made sure everything was absolutely perfect at my second appointment. And it really was worth the wait! My stylist was GRACIE & she is great! I requested a trim with lots of layers and swoop bangs. For my hair color I wanted light brown hair with blonde highlights. She did not disappoint! She took her time and listened to me and what I wanted and my hair turned out perfect! It hasn’t felt this healthy in years! She washed my hair twice, used toner, washed again, and then used conditioner. I also bought a hair shampoo and conditioner for dry scalp, dandruff and a serum and a leave in conditioner and hands down the best products I have used in a long time.! My hair feels so much lighter and soft and silky and has bounce to it! She definitely went above and beyond when doing my hair and I’ll definitely be returning! I love how my hair turned out and GRACIE took excellent care of me!

I’ve been going to Panache for haircuts since my family moved to Erie when I was 5, and the haircuts have always been great. Very recently (past 3 or so appointments) the person in charge of my hair has been Graycee. She does a really great job, and it somehow seems better each time. I heard that she only recently moved here from Pittsburgh, so the fact that she can do so well with my hair speaks volumes about the competency of the staff in training and experience. Needless to say, I recommend scheduling with her as she does a really great job, and I am always 100% satisfied.

Today I had my monthly appointment with Leah. She is both an amazing artist and stylist. My thinning silver hair looks amazing after she works her magic. My time with her is something I look forward to every month. She is also so personable and kind. I am so lucky to be her client. Panache is the best!
