Palm Beach Tan

I want to give a huge shoutout to Savannah at Palm Beach Tan Sugarland! I’ve had some interesting customer service experiences at this location in the past, so this review is definitely more for her than the facility. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, super friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable — and for the first time in a while, I actually felt valued as a customer. While others have made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, Savannah was the complete opposite. I actually walked in planning to cancel my membership on the way out… but because of her, I didn’t. She completely turned around my experience and deserves all the recognition. Thank you, Savannah, for making such a positive difference! 🫶

I've never been to this Palm Beach Tan until last Saturday. It is very clean, but most importantly I would like to acknowledge the staff at this location, specifically Meagan. Meagan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend lives in Sugar Land, and I will be visiting this location often, thanks to Meagan going above and beyond for me.

Came in today for the first time and had a great experience! Devin is such a gem, she helped me so much in walking me through absolutely everything and got me started with a membership. She was so knowledgeable and kind. :) Happy I found this location.

Went the first two times to the front desk and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m already tanned and I wanted to achieve a sunkissed look and they helped me achieve just that! Clean beds. Spacious rooms. Towel & glasses provided for

I'm a longtearm member, and I use many different locations around the city. The Sugarland location always has issues with their spray beds. Today, the solution smelled like bleach or something chemically... They are not as clean as other locations either. I want to love this location, but I prefer to drive to other salons for a better experience for the money. Hope leadership knows these issues and puts some money into the location to improve the product line and proper maintenance.
