Palm Beach Tan

I started at PBT about 3 wks ago,I left a small salon of which I hadn't acquired much color or held color, I used the lotion recommended but no change...Sooo headed out to find some place better. I walked into this salon which was clean,friendly,full of products,and a staff full of knowledge! Jerrica who was amazing,got me set up with what I needed for lotions,ect! I now have DARK color where I wasnt able to tan(legs)and Im holding color!!! Hands down the best tanning I've ever experienced! The beds are amazing and not outdated! The WHOLE team at this salon is excellent 😀 Im sooo thankful to have stumbled onto PBT

Had been going here for at least 4 yrs. I had my sessions put on pause for almost a year for the 7.88 fee. When I decided to go back I mentioned I only use bed 2 because of the red-light I was told about the wellness sauna and red-light making it sound like it was part of the new package with my bed. I ended up buying the new lotion that was "on sale" and left paying almost 200 for signing back up after supposedly my 7.88 monthly had been applied.The next 2 months I was charged on my checking 2 fees making a total over 560 paid in 2 months. I went in after the 2nd billing to ask what was going on and was told the owner would call to get it straightened out and did I want it paused I told her yes as I had only gone 3 times since I started back up.2 weeks still no phone call .I go back in an

Morgan & the entire staff exceed all the expectations anyone would have for customer service. The salon is extremely clean & has fantastic beds! I wanted to mention Taylor! She is amazing & makes you feel like you're in a 5☆resort!

All I can say is wow. From the customer service, to the cleanliness of the store. I’ve tanned at north Myrtle and it was terrible with rudeness and a dirty bed. But coming into the Palm Beach tan in sunset beach Nc today wow it’s above standard. Kaitlyn was amazing, all she did was help, make it comfortable, she is amazing. She made me feel like more than a customer. I’ve been tanning for 25 years and this is one of the first times I felt comfortable. Thank you Kaitlyn at Palm beach sunset.
