I have only GREAT things to say about Saltwater Med Spa! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are extremely courteous and respectful! I have been a customer of Lee Ann’s for over a year. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She makes you feel comfortable and informed during your entire appointment. I highly recommend Lee Ann and Saltwater Med Spa for all of your beautification needs!

The energy is calming, the décor is gorgeous, and the staff treats you like you’ve been coming there for years. I came in for B12 shots and Botox, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The team took their time explaining everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and their professionalism is unmatched. I’ve debated getting lip fillers for years, and I finally decided to go for it at Saltwater Med Spa — and I’m so glad I did! My experience was amazing from start to finish. Lee Ann did my fillers, and I truly couldn’t be happier. She was incredibly informative and answered every question I had, both before and during the process. My results are everything I hoped for and more. I’ve never really had a visible top lip, and it was something I was always insecure about. I’d been overlining my lips 24/7 for years… but now I actually feel confident without lipstick. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

I am so glad I found this gem of a place! The facility is nice, the staff is super sweet, the owner treats you like a close friend, and the results are amazing! I love that they have a rewards program but they also run some REALLY GOOD deals. I’ll be back for sure!
