Palm Beach Tan

The girls are soooo nice and helpful here, the beds are also really nice and clean/ have great lights! Def happy I chose to sign up here.

They are so helpful. They ensure you get the most of your tan. Helpful with insight. Extremely good products. I would recommend them.

This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced at Palm Beach Tan. Autumn greeted me, had a lovely smile and was very helpful to what I was needing. She had great energy and made me laugh.. My location is The Clackamas/Sunnyside location. However the girls that were working there are never very friendly. They act as if their job is a chore and give terrible customer service.. So miserable going there. I wish Autumn worked there. Maybe she could teach a customer service class to them.. Anyway hopefully they make some changes!!!!

I love tanning here! I haven't been in since 2019 and decided it was time to get started again because it just makes you feel good. I walked in and was greeted by Emma. She's absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what package. But she went through everything with me to help me decide what was best for me. Emma always has such a great , cheerful attitude. Thanks Emma for taking the time with your customers and always making them feel welcome. You're the best

The girl behind the counter when I came in really took her time to explain all my options and answer my questions. She had wonderful recommendations for how to rotate beds to build the best tan and I really felt happy with the outcome of our talk and the membership and products I left with. Then I went to another location for my second visit and the girl there was also super helpful! Really loving this company after having some apathetic, pushy experiences at other salons <3
