Victoria is genuinely the reason I keep coming back to this location! I live closer to the Prosper location but one time I was closer here instead and received a far better level of customer service. She welcomes me with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is ready quickly for me. Definitely my favorite location because of Victoria!! Thanks girl

Ive been tanning at all different tanning salons for years and years. Palm beach is by far the BEST in its class! Their attention to detail is far superior than others. Their cleaning and friendly staff are leaps and bounds above the rest. I frequent 3 nearby stores because of how much I enjoy seeing the very polite staff at each one. Every time I go they go beyond to remember my name and ask how I am. Their friendliness has become a staple in my morning routine. This is how other tanning salons should strive to run their business. This is what excellence is all about.! Big shout out to Victoria/Dakota and all the staff who make my day that much better day after day!

I went into Palm Beach tan because I used to use them in Atlanta and they were great. While, I understand tanning beds have changed in the last 15 years since I've been in one considering the whole skin cancer thing and all. I would still expect someone to honor the free session. It states on their website and listen to what you have to say about what you were looking for in your expectations. I'm also not going to pay $200 for a bottle of tanning lotion. I can get on Amazon for $25. What they did neglect you tell me is that you shouldn't go into the tanning bed dry. Again. Maybe I should have remembered this from 15 years ago but again things change. Dakota was less than impressive and was very disinterested and didn't even show me how to use the bed. The timer went off before I was able

Whoever the manager at this location is, she’s awful. I think her name is Dakota. She is incredibly rude to customers, and walks around like she’s on some high horse. She greets people when they come in the store and says “yeah” instead of a welcoming greeting like “hello”. I can’t believe someone like her would even be considered for a manager position let alone be allowed to interact with customers.

Even the newest team member, Victoria, is already locked in—warm, professional, and completely on point. It’s rare to see someone catch on so quickly and deliver top-notch service right from the start. Management, you’ve built a team that not only knows the business but knows how to make customers feel valued.
