I can’t say enough great things about this tanning salon! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so warm, welcoming, and positive. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, and everything is always clean, organized, and relaxing. I especially want to highlight I think her name is Rhonda, she has been absolutely amazing in helping me build my color the right way. Her advice has made such a difference in my results. She takes the time to explain products, timing, and the best approach for my skin type so I can tan safely and effectively. I have had my membership with PBT for going on 3 months. I am at the Fenton location a minimum of 4 days a week. The location is always clean and all of the ladies have been great since day 1 aside from one. I believe she may be a manager at the Fenton location but im not 100% certain. She is the older woman among the staff and 98% of my interactions with her have been horrible. There have been days that I have driven there and left after seeing that she was the one up front. On several occasions she has made me contemplate canceling and finding a new company all together, at one point just to avoid dealing with her, we went to the Arnold location. I had such a great experience at this location. The space is clean, well-kept, and feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the options available. I really appreciated how professional yet relaxed the atmosphere was—it made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. The equipment is clearly high quality, and I was impressed with the results. I have been tanning here for years and everyone is wonderful especially Rhonda. She’s my favorite! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Always love seeing her!
