Palm Beach Tan

I brought my daughter here hoping for a positive first experience, but unfortunately, the management made that impossible. The way she was treated, with unnecessary attitude and zero professionalism was incredibly disappointing. It’s one thing to have a long day, but there’s no excuse for being rude, especially to young customers who are just trying to ask questions or learn the process. A little patience and kindness would go a long way. We won’t be returning EVER.

I usually tan at the Lancaster location, but was in the area so I stopped at this one.... I believe the girl's name was Ava who helped me... She was absolutely amazing going above and beyond to explain everything to me, Even walked me back to the room and showed me exactly what to do. They were closing soon so I'm sure she had a lot of other things she could have been doing at that time, but she still took her time and made sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommend her And I will be returning

They don't save your information for your card so I lost my card got a new card they did not save the information and they wanted to charge me the $10 extra after I'd been tanning she didn't tell me the day before and the next day they tell me this isn't the first time it happened.And then they tell u to call the COO. She doesn't return calls.so, figure if they do this to a few ppl per month. HUM...

Always love this place. I used to tan here then walk next door, get a small bite to eat and a drink at Starbucks sometimes and just sit outside enjoying the nice weather. The staff are always very welcoming when you walk through the door. Beds are always clean. Atmosphere is positive and clean. Lotions are always available when needed. I love my "little escape" I get from coming here. It does help with depression with some people just laying and relaxing in a tanning bed..especially after dealing with stressful situations. The staff are always helpful and supportive. Thank you so much
