I am not the type of girl to keep up with my nails. But going here changed that. They are super nice and friendly. I’m a mom so sometimes I have to bring my child and they are super kind and respectful to him. They are super professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I absolutely love it there. As soon as you walk in there super welcoming and have such great energy. ❤️

This salon is absolutely the BEST salon I’ve been too. very clean and very respectful employees as well. Great service, great pricing, and great vibes! Many colors and choices to choose from as well.

I went to Lilian’s this Monday because my usual spot was closed and I needed a new set for an event the following day. I will say the ladies who greeted me were very nice and continued to be nice during my visit. However, my experience left a lot to be desired. My tech was very rough throughout the experience and even when I drew back in pain a few times, she didn’t seem to adjust. I got an acrylic full set and many nails look bumpy and the gel polish didn’t end up smooth. At the end of my manicure, though accidentally, the tech let go of the clear polish brush and it flipped over the table and landed on my pants. I was wearing a fairly expensive pair of workout leggings and the tech just brushed it off. I realize it was an accident, but she didn’t offer any help or to remedy the situation

i don’t recommend going to this place. i called to see how much their nails were and you could not understand them. i walk in and they kept giving me nasty looks. i get sat down, they started doing my nails, and they kept nicking my nails. (they started bleeding) they kept moving me into different seats non stop. the guy that works there painted my nails horrible. it’s not what the picture looked like at all. the lady had to redo my nail because the guy that did my nail ruined it. i have nail polish all over my hands and not once did i mess my nails up on my own. $60 down the drain. (the first picture is how i wanted them to look like)
