Just a warning to all, if you use a card for auto payment, know the only way to stop recurring payments is to cancel your bank card entirely. If you dispute with the bank, the bank will no longer allow any transactions with the vendor. I paid for 3 years nonstop because I was in another country and couldn't physically walk into the store to have a manager stop the account, and I couldn't stop charges without getting a new card, in which I could not reliably receive mail in that country. Basically just kept getting charged $750 over 3 years that I was told multiple times by a manager that it would stop, my bank gave me the option to cancel card and contest charges, but I was stuck paying in fear of being moneyless in a 3rd world country.

I’ve been to all the locations in NKY and some in Cincy and this is by far the best one. Miranda the manager is very professional and always on top of everything. The assistant manager is very good at her job as well.Tracy the girl that works in the evenings is super sweet and always very helpful! I’ve been with palm beach for some years now and they have given me the best experience!

It's a great tanning place clean they are very professional and friendly the only bad thing is every time I go to tan or to use my one spray on tan it's something else to pay for I have almost 130 invested and haven't been there but a week and went to use my spray tan after just buying a packet for the pre spray and was told I needed to pay for other things for the color I wanted I just said forget it I'll just do the bed

I have been going to PBT for about 6 months now. I love to go when ticey is working because the place is clean and comfortable and she is always willing to help she is knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Miranda is growing on me due to the fact she's not very friendly and always seems mad at the world but I guess we all have our days some more than others. Other than that Ticey and the rest of the girls are friendly . I would also like to clean my own bed so I know it is clean and safe. I was told I couldn't and should be able to if I asked.

Love this place because it has the best beds in the area vs.other locations. Always lean and spacious!
