Been here multiple times now and can comfortably say this is one of the best barber shops in the area. Tarris and Chris are both masters of their craft and will give you exactly what you ask for. Easy online booking with times that go much later than other neighborhood shops. Location is easily walkable if you’re a resident of downtown Covington, and convenient street parking is available as well if your coming from further out. The space itself has a lot of energy, artwork, and comfy places to sit. Do your hair a favor and check out Horton’s.

Hortons Barber Shop is the only place that I get my beard lined up. I trust this place so much that I had all my groomsmen get a fresh cut and trim the day of my wedding. Tarris provides amazing service with a welcoming atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Visiting from out of state & got a haircut from this barber today, best haircut I have had in a long, long time. Not sure what the gentleman's name was, but he was the owner. Easy to talk to, nothing like a corporate company or large business haircut locations that we all know. Where they just cut your hair, say nothing, so you are just left staring into a piece of glass hoping for the haircut to be over. Hence why I put off haircuts for so long. Well priced for the result & the attention to detail. Highly recommend. 100% would go again if I am back in this area & looking for a haircut. Plentiful for recommendations of things to do & where to eat.

Made an appointment for my lunch time but my job cut our lunch early so I called to see if I could do a walk in and Chris got me right in. First time back in the area in 3 years and needed a barber to keep me clean so decided to give Horton’s a try because it was right down the road from my work. I found a new barber that easy, man. Whole place is a chill vibe and friendly. I think it’s a father and son place and Chris is the son. Chris cleaned me up really nice and lined me up. My hair and beard look real fresh, dude even straight razored my hairline and jawline. I ain’t ever had a barber razor me and it makes it look mad clean lmao. Highly recommend this place for a good convo and haircut. Definitely coming back until I’m fully bald lmao and at that point probably still be having Chr
