Absolutely love Centerville PBT! All the girls are so nice and welcoming. I’ve always had a great experience every time I go in. The girls greet me, ask me how my day is, are very accommodating to any question and/or need. Ava is super awesome and sweet. Ellie is also extremely knowledgeable and kind. Both recommended me products that I truly love. The beds and space are always super clean and I always have such a great tanning experience each time I’m in.

I came in this past month and my experience with Whitney was absolutely unprofessional to say the least. She secretly adds on items to increase the overall sale that goes straight towards her commission earnings. They do not offer itemized receipts and these sale tactics are a total scam. Please try to avoid Whitney at all costs as she is extremely two faced. I was also very disappointed in my experience here at Palm Beach Tan because the bed looked like it had not been cleaned. If I could give this establishment a 0 star I would.

The girls who worked in the front are very patient knowledgeable. They recommended the right products and services and it was the easiest experience. I love the results too.

Absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and relaxing, and the space itself is super clean and beautifully set up. Addie is always so nice, and always had a bright and warming smile. You truly make the experience even better with your energy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service and a great vibe!

Very disappointed. My wife and I had been going here for years, usually together. Paid for every upgrade every year, every time they add a new feature and raise the price. My wife and I bump up every time. Facility was always clean. Staff was awesome. Accommodating and social. Felt like small town locals going into “our spot”. Until it wasn’t. Got a call from the manager while at work and was chastised for leaving a baby Jesus inside their open door (and empty) break room, playing music while tanning “that some customers may find offensive” (90’s alternative XM channel), complementing an employee on her new look hair (or as the manager said….. commented on a staffers physical features), and asking an employee how their vacation was. Humiliating. We’re looking for a new place. :(
