Palm Beach Tan

Absolutely amazing experience at Palm Beach Tan! This was my first ever spray tan and I was pretty nervous walking in, but the manager Sydney completely changed that. She was incredibly kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail from picking the right shade to how to prep and take care of the tan afterward. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure clients feel comfortable and get the best results. She went above and beyond to help me and made my first spray tan experience so easy and stress-free. If you’re thinking about getting a spray tan, I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Sydney. Customer service like that is hard to find!

I've been tanning here for over four years and have seen many employees come and go - and that's not a bad thing. My point is that I've never had a bad experience with any of them. I've seen some negative reviews, and honestly, I think some people are just quick to be rude when they don't fully understand their paperwork or what they're paying for. That isn't the employees' fault. If you don't ask questions and simply say "okay," that responsibility falls on you - not the staff. Some people are just rude and ungrateful. Personally, I've had nothing but great experiences with the ladies who work here! Brei, the manager, and Sydney are always bright, cheerful, quick, and very informative every time I walk in. Be sure when canceling your membership the store employee gives you a paper to sign . I cancelled in 2024 . I went back on 12-23-2025 and employee advised me I owe $300.00 for cancellation form not being signed . First of all I don’t work here and don’t know you need to sign a form to cancel. Two employees told me they know of the person who was supposed to to cancel my membership but no longer works here but they still charged my account and not refunding it . I am talking with my bank about this . Store manager took 2 weeks to call and tell me the same thing the associate at the store told me . I think the store associate has more sense than the manager . Management not helpful and I’m going to corporate now . Wish me luck in dealing with these people that don’t know how to do their jo

Just started tanning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The sauna is also amazing. I feel so much better after a sauna and a tan. Would highly recommend.
