I have a really bad neck and back pain. I've been going to Ben for a while for deep tissue massage. He is a real talent! After every massage therapy, I feel much better. He also offers personal training which I find really useful as I need to strengthen my back muscles. I can't recommend Ben highly enough!! I suffered for months with a pinched nerve in my neck, which caused severe neck pain, pins and needles in my hand, severe pain in my elbow, and made it impossible to look upwards at all. Before seeing Ben I tried different PT's, massage-therapists, acupuncture etc, but nothing helped at all, and I was completely unable to do any of the sports or activities that I wanted to, which was deeply frustrating.
