Padela Nails

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my daughter and I received at your salon on Oct. 29th, 2025. My mother invited us for a "girls' day," but our experience was far from enjoyable. My daughter felt embarrassed and uncomfortable during her pedicure. The technician spoke in another language, constantly messed with her toes, and was aggressively "digging" at them. I also had a negative experience, as the polish application on my nails was subpar. The overall atmosphere was very unsettling. The salon was uncomfortably quiet, and I observed the technicians speaking in another language, laughing, and twisting our toes while giggling, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I am beyond grateful for Padela Nails. Christine and Randy truly feel like family — every time I walk in, I’m welcomed like it’s my second home. They always answer the phone greeting me by name, and they genuinely remember and ask about my family, including my son Kason and my fiancé Tyler, by name. That kind of care means everything to me. My nails are always perfect and exactly what I ask for every single time. Christine is absolutely amazing — if you can book with her, do it! And if she isn’t available, Jackie is also fantastic. I love this place so much and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend! 💅💗

I have always had a good experience here. Everyone is so friendly and they all do great work. Today I came in, and wow, ROSE is incredible!! I came in with a photo and she replicated them perfectly! She was so nice and so gentle. She has gained a forever customer! So affordable and beautifully done!

My sister & I went in for a little us day and unfortunately her nails were not worth the price. We both received pedicures & she got a full set while I tried builder gel. My nails turns out beautifully - she did the shape & length exactly where I wanted it which is nice considering most are willing to go short! However my sister wanted a basic nude with a gold sparkly ombré going from the tip down. These nails were not worth $80 I was very disappointed she didn’t show me them until after we left as I would’ve asked them to fit the job for her. The paint is all over the place, the shape/overall nail is entirely uneven. We had heard great recommendations from others but with this second set I’m not sure if I will be coming back.
