What I found is a comprehensive wellness program that has boosted my health and well-being in only a couple months. I had an initial session with Amber to flesh out what goals I wanted to make for myself to live a healthier life. During four additional sessions with her I learned strategies to get better sleep, reduce my negative self-talk, eat better and take better care of myself.
