The staff’s service are OK, sometimes good other time no one seems to care about you. The schedule is particularly hard to manage. For rescheduling, the time slot is limited, but every time I was there it didn’t seem to be busy, might be resource issue. I decided to cancel my membership since the rescheduling is hard to accommodate, and I started to doubt the effectiveness of what it claimed.

I have been a member for two years. My bone density has not changed. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Nobody ever answers the phone. You can leave several messages and you will never get a return phone call. Overtime I have noticed that the environment is not as clean as it used to be. The sessions are 12 minutes at best. The equipment needs to be cleaned. The equipment is sticky. The power plates are dusty and dirty. I am not sure why it is changing.

I am SO happy I joined OsteoStrong! After a decade of worsening bone density results, I have 3% and 5% improvement in my hips after only 9 months of workouts - yay! As a person who doesn’t like working out, I look forward to my Osteo appointment every week. Love the HydroMassage - it’s so relaxing! The staff at the Frisco location is great. It’s a welcoming atmosphere!

Insurances should see the benefit of this program compared to the cost and side effects of pharmaceuticals. highly highly recommend it.
