I want to clarify since I can’t reply to the owner. I am aware of when you took over the business. It was around the time my son was born. I do not have the wrong salon, I have the correct salon. I don’t understand why this posted under a different account however, I can assure you know who I am. I used to bring my son in with me, my entire family used to come to the salon before they moved away. I was charged $70 for these nails. I was rushed out of the salon because the person had another appointment, and I went across the street to get my nails fixed to another salon and had to spend another $40. The girls were very nice. Walked in without an appointment. Helen did my pedicure. I had a lavender soak and a relaxing massage. I had gel polish with a design. Kim did my manicure. She removed old dip polish and did an awesome free hand design on my nails with gel polish. My only complaint is I wish they did a little better up front pricing. Like to mention the lavender soak adds more to the price. Nail trimming is extra. I knew the hand painting was going to be extra but I was shocked when I got to the counter. Unfortunately it’s only been ten days and some of my polish is chipping. I am rough on my nails since I work in a kitchen. But my toes are even chipping. I don’t think the girls did anything wrong, it’s probably the brand they use.

This is the best nail salon! I have been seeing Lisa for years and even followed her from her previous location. Everyone is friendly, professional, and does excellent work. The salon is beautifully remodeled and is clean and calming. Give them a try!

I used to come here back in 2019 and see Helen (I think that was her name) and it was pretty good. Today though, no. Stay away. First, she used a drill on my nails and cuticles. She followed by completely butchering my cuticles until some of them were bleeding. But wait, there’s more! I picked a color, but it was brighter than I realized so I asked to change it. This seemed to annoy her, as if I’m inconveniencing her in some way. I pointed to a nice muted pink color to switch to. I don’t know what happened, but she did not come back with pink. She didn’t wait to see if that was the color she just went and started painting, and was seemingly impatient. I didn’t want to deal with her huffing and puffing anymore so I just stuck with the color. Overall, a terrible experience. I don’t know what

Absolutely love this place. I haven’t come in about a year, and I was sad when I found out my old nail tech Amy wasn’t there anymore. I was set up with another technician and she did my nails just how I like them & loved the result just the same. I didn’t realize I had an expired coupon, but they honored it all the same. Can’t wait to get my nails done for the holidays again!
