I just had my first 90 minute massage with Erica and I can say it was the best massage I have ever had. I added on cupping and hot stones. It was my first time ever receiving cupping and I could immediately feel tension in my muscles release. The massage was very much tailored to my specific needs and problem areas and I could tell that Erica is very knowledgeable about muscular anatomy and it was in no way a standard, generic massage. I rebooked with her immediately, which I highly recommend because she books up quickly! if you feel discouraged because you have tried different massage therapists, and have not been able to find one that actually addresses your problem areas, book the massage with Erica. You will not regret it.

I had such a lovely experience with Erica! She is a highly skilled massage therapist. She knows precisely where to go to alleviate areas of tension. Also, the space that she has created for massage is tasteful and comfortable, making it easy to relax in.

This was an amazing experience! Erica was able to not only work on the areas that needed release, but also provide support in keeping them limber in-between massages. The relaxation and peace I experienced during our time together is unmatched. I left feeling so much relief from the tension I had been carrying and more importantly-a plan to keep my body feeling well! I’m so excited to go back!

Erika is amazing. She is so nice and caring and really good at what she does. I love how knowledgeable she. I’ve had weird aches and pains and have gone to other places for a massage and asked them about the pain and they don’t have a clue nor how to help it. I went to Erika and she had answers for all my questions and was able to fix the pain.

I met Erica during my recovery period from foot surgery. I was suffering from burning pain in my back and legs from 5 weeks of immobilization. She was able to free my back of tension and pain and brought my entire body into a relaxed and calm state of being. The first I had felt in weeks. She also enlightened me on my state of mind , to stay positive and help my body heal. I know my road to recovery will be ongoing for some time, but now feel I have Erica to support my body and mind !!! She is very gifted in what she does and would highly recommend her !! Thankful.
