I am loving this place and recommending to my clients to help with recovery. I did the cold plunge and the hot tub, then the infrared sauna. I never thought I would do a cold plunge, but after I was done with all 3, my body felt fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need recovery from your workouts, this is the place to go.

Jacquie simply put is the best! I tore my Achilles and she has been extremely, extremely helpful In the rehabilitation process and picks up where Physical Therapy leaves off. She is very knowledgeable and their new spot is awesome! The contrast combination of the cold tub, hot tub and/or sauna will leave you feeling refreshed. Highly recommend checking it out, especially if you’re an athlete looking to get an edge.

Great facility for athletes and everyday exercisers alike. Owners are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to get your body to recover quickly. Relaxing atmosphere and no pressure or intimidation. I’ve never done a cold tub before and absolutely loved it! They have stretch and roll classes as well. Jacquie is the queen of recovery! 👑 She has built a chill space for you to take your time and give your body some extra lovin' after those hard workouts and training you put it through. She's super knowledgeable and recommend stretches or different equipment based on how you are feeling. There are compression boots and sleeves, hot and cold tubs, and a sauna. Lots of room to stretch and roll out. She just moved locations and I can't wait to see the new space!

Amazing staff.... I thought I would be down for a couple of weeks. Jackie had me back on the court in 2 days!!
