Everyone just seemed rough today. I’ve been here before but probably won’t return. The person who did my hands cut two of my fingers to the point of bleeding. The person who did my feet was just disinterested. This was terrible and messy. I just paid and left and will get it fixed somewhere else.

First time coming here.Got my nails done on Thursday and they were popping off whole by Sunday. By Monday most of them came off. The lady was very kind but it seemed like they used old nail polish and thinned it out. One nail was discolored because she used old sparkle nail polish. She did a great job with waxing though.

Absolutely horrible first-time experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait—with no color chart offered. When I asked about adding a pedicure, the tech said he’d let me know later. My friend showed him the design I wanted, and he flat-out said no, claiming he couldn’t even do a straight line or had gems—no effort to accommodate me at all. I ended up with the most basic nails ever. Then, when it was time to pay, the price jumped from $53 to $78 with no explanation. I questioned it, said I’d dispute the charge because I didn’t agree with being treated that way. He then took photos of my license plate and called the police—even though I paid. I left shocked and furious. Never going back.

I called this nail salon and asked if they did ombre and that I wanted to soak off acyclics and put new full set back. Arrivesd after seeing that the cplprs were behind the nail techs i should pf just left. My nail experience was horrible. From the time i walked in to het my nails done and the nail tech kept doing her own thing and when i questioned her about my nails she annoyed me. They charge for every little thing and if they want to do it they wont give you the price. Pedi is not even 10 mins and she even be called or pedi or be so much money. Did a review and pwner said to come on so everythi g can het foxed. Called and manager said owner wasnt there and to come the day i called at 630. I couldnt make it and ahe was supposed to call me back. I called the next day n kept getting the r
